HR is the most common use case because that's where questions are most frequent and sensitive. But Eloise works with any internal documentation you upload. Quality procedures, product guides, commercial policies, technical documentation, safety rules: everything written in your documents becomes accessible to your teams via a simple message. The scope depends on you, not the product.

Is our data secure? Where is it hosted?

Your data stays under your control. Hosted in Europe, never used to train an external model. Each employee only sees information they're authorised to access based on the permissions you define. Eloise only responds from the documents you upload.

Are you subject to the US Cloud Act?

Accepted Answer

We traditionally host data on AWS. As AWS is an American company, the Cloud Act question is legitimate. Here's what we put in place: data encryption, strict EU localisation, and documented GDPR compliance. However, if your organisation requires a European sovereign cloud or hosting on your own servers, we do that. You retain full control over the location of your data.

What does Eloise answer when she doesn't know?

Eloise never makes anything up. If the answer isn't in your documents, she says so clearly and directs to the right contact.
