How it all started
From a field observation to a solution that changes the daily life of HR teams.
€1,000/day. 3 weeks. Zero answers.
During a consulting assignment billed at €1,000 per day, one of the co-founders needed three weeks to identify an employee who mastered a specific internal tool. The HR teams, already overloaded, simply did not have the necessary visibility. It wasn't a problem of willingness. It was a systemic problem.
A challenge shared by every HR team
Through discussions with HR departments, the observation was confirmed: skills mapping is a widely shared goal, but its implementation remains a headache. Dedicated tools are rarely up to date, seldom used by employees, and frameworks are too complex to maintain. The result: scattered data and a loss of operational value.
Overwhelmed HR teams
Through these exchanges, another finding emerged. If skills mapping isn't maintained, it's also because HR teams spend a considerable part of their time answering the same questions: leave, payroll, bonuses, internal policies… Precious time spent on repetitive tasks, at the expense of higher-value projects.
The birth of Eloise
Faced with this dual observation, the two co-founders created a solution capable of saving HR teams time by handling recurring questions, while simplifying access to and updating of skills, without imposing a new tool. By integrating directly into the company chat, where teams already communicate daily. That solution is Eloise.

Morgan, with degrees in Law and Accounting, has solid experience in project management. Alongside Lucas, he co-founded several startups, and together they embarked on the Eloise.chat adventure to transform skill management in companies.
